Pros

Everyone in the store loves being in the department that they work in and they use the stuff they work with.

Cons

Scheduling conflicts can tend to be a struggle. It is much better at the Orem location than the Logan location.

Not awful, not good

Pros

Flexible with my schedule when school started although I did feel pressure to work more.

Cons

Overall culture was not great. My managers were not very professional so I found talking to them difficult. Although I worked hard I never knew exactly where I stood with them, as they didn't often give me feedback. I was expected to do tasks that I was never adequately trained to do. During the holiday season I was expected to work twice my usual hours regardless of the fact I was in school, dealing with end of term finals.
