      Pros

      Our C suite Executive team are pretty amazing. They really look after people. Also the culture is fun and energetic. There are many ways to enjoy the culture.

      Cons

      HR starting from the head down are the biggest weakness at the company. They aren't efficient and they walk around like they are entitled. They really arent helpful and the team will continue to be held back until the top people either update their strategies or are replaced. There are exceptions and some are good people and workers but our HR system is broken.

      Extensive training opportunities, fun co-workers, and a relaxed work environment.

      Hard to get promoted, pay is not competitive for the area, company is growing faster than it can keep up

      Pros

      The company culture is full of support and inclusion. You are valued and respected by your peers here. This company promotes fun in the work place and invests in each employees future. The people at the company from all levels work together to maintain and somehow (seems impossible because it is already so great) to improve the company.

      Cons

      Training does last awhile, but honestly that’s also been a positive too. They want you to learn everything and ensure you aren’t overwhelmed. But you don’t get all of the employee perks until fully trained. Schedule flexibility doesn’t apply until you are done with training either.
