      Pros

      Great management, offering support and gradual ramp-up, with a strictly non-micro-managing culture. Requires you to be motivated self-starter - who's exciting to tackle interesting and challenging work. Various clubs, monthly activities, and a vibrant office culture are bonuses -- on top of the excitement that is being part of a company with a bright future.

      Cons

      Office location in Tyson's Corner is a bit of bummer due to high congestion during morning/evening commutes.

      An amazing company culture, fun, great managers, company really cares for employees, and the company is growing like crazy

      You will likely be sitting in a cubicle all day, but everything is new and the floor layout is great
