      Pros

      One of the best company cultures I have experienced. They champion new ideas and contributions from everyone regardless of position. There is a lot of accessibility to management and areas for career growth. The product also has the advantage of being better than any of the competition.

      Cons

      The rate of growth can create gaps in organizational documentation, but this can also be seen as an opportunity for employees who are willing to refill the coffee pot.

      -Simply the best company to work for: still in growth mode, with much flexibility yet, however comprised of very high quality talent that we all learn from and are excited to lead. -Energetic and dynamic environment, where we work hard and play hard -New opportunities are always emerging -Leaders are involved and personable -HR is the best HR department I have ever seen... this is true Human Resources that care about our talent -The company promotes new ideas and improvement all around. Definitely this company is the best in its kind -Out team is the best in class, we truly work together to conquer and deliver exceptional service -The best working experience I have had so far... if you want to grow, learn and develop a company of the future, this is your place.
