Fun company, Great Product, Bad Pay, Not much room to Grow
Pros
Good bosses except the head of sales can be a massive jerk sometimes. He's only polite to the cute girls but the average sales employee thinks he hates you. The product sells itself and our clients love us. Fairly flexible. Very innovative company.
Cons
Pretty terrible pay, especially when compared to others in the industry. Once you're hired don't expect any kind of annual pay increase. If you get anything it won't be regular or significant. While 75% of the company is under age 30, all of the upper management is 45-50+. If you didn't go to an Ivy League school good luck getting promoted very far within the company. They value your elitist college attendance way too much. Again, the pay sucks. People only stay because it's fun and innovative. Benefits are OK. Health is good but they have no free food or drinks in the office and no free gym membership like most other tech companies have these days.
