Pros

It's a demographically young company with overall helpful people to work with. The workload is generally pretty easy to keep up with, which allows for good work-life balance. The office is nice, with a fair number of amenities and good access to the metro.

Cons

Due to the simple nature of your work as a quality engineer, you aren't really developing many skills for your career. As someone with an engineering degree, this role has felt like it underutilizes my abilities and how much I can contribute. Your manager does affect your experience here quite a bit. I was lucky to have one who did not try to micromanage me. Pay raises and promotion are based much more on time than on performance, providing little incentive to excel.
