Pros

Flexible work hours — but not always! You better hope you don’t have a micromanaging boss, which is almost every manager at ADC.

Cons

- I was never trained for my role. I had to learn by pestering others to help me and they had to stop doing their work to answer questions I should’ve been trained on. - Managers are spineless and look out for themselves. - Weird misogynistic culture. My department tries fostering a tech bro vibe but you need a personality for that. - Low pay for the work you do. - Extreme micromanaging. - Managers disappear during the day to run errands or hang out and leave employees to put out fires they’re not supposed to. - Leadership is clueless. - Company lacks direction.

Pros

One of the best companies in the industry, diversity.

Cons

Publicly owned, can create restrictive red tape processes and policy. The compensation is lower that competitors, but better overall benefits / total compensation
