Pros

Great teams, great culture of respect, great benefits, very comfortable offices

Cons

Company currently cannot afford to keep up with the economy when it comes to salary raises and continued compensation frameworks, retirement benefits are decidedly lacking, policies are clearly ramping up to start strict enforcement of RTO mandates, the writing is on the wall, the company appears to be preparing for a financial squeeze in the corporate lifecycle.

Pros

Office culture was supportive and patient with new employees Career advancement is available, if you want to be a level 2 or level 3. Which means, you’re most knowledgeable in the type of tech.

Cons

Underpaid for amount of duties and work Phone calls with dealers (customers) could be very long (4+ hours) Training is very minimum and not tailored to the less technologically knowledgeable. Very vague interview
