      This company is fast paced and growing! There is a lot of opportunity for those willing to dive in and produce results. I have been able to make an impact because I have been empowered to contribute, while being challenged! If you want an organization where you can impact customers and the bottom line, while being personally challenged within an organization of highly skilled individuals, Alarm.com is for you! Amazing nice people, relaxed work environment and company retreats are also cool!

      Cons

      normal pains of a growing company, which I find to me more of a challenge and place to make your mark, then a concern.

      Pros

      The people are one of the best reasons to work for Alarm.com! Everyone here has such a team-focused mindset, we all help each other as best as we can and everyone has the drive and dedication to help solve problems and find resolutions. We also get to help educate our dealers and subscribers on a daily basis, which helps give them a better experience and continues to keep people safe.

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is the struggle we have to keep up with our dealers and subscribers as far as volume. The company is working on hiring more and more people to help relieve the volume for us.
