      Standard call center pretending to be a tech company

      Pros

      Some of your fellow call center drones will be cool people.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for advancement, and if you do get a promotion you'll be doing four peoples' job for one person's pay. Just a standard call center pretending to be a hip and cool tech company.

      A good place to work early in a career, but limited room to grow

      Pros

      Good team culture, albeit limited in diversity.

      Cons

      Leadership at the mid-level and up had in many cases been there since the early days of the company and didn't, so there weren't many openings or opportunities for professional progress past a certain point. That may have improved since my departure.
