Great People, But a Dysfunctional Work Culture

Worked with incredible people and made connections that turned into lifelong friendships.

Challenging environment with frequent communication breakdowns and a lack of respect for boundaries and transparency.

Great but.....

Pros

Very supportive company. Everyone is friendly and invested in your success. 8-10 weeks of training, so it doesn't feel like you hit the ground running when you start taking service calls.

Cons

They failed to mention you have to work an 11 am-8 pm "closing" shift every week. Also, there's some mixed messaging in the training. Also, it's very common to work past your shift schedule--you have to be available to take calls until the very end, and you're expected to see calls to the end.
