Pros

Great onboarding process coming from a new grad. Moving in the right direction to take advantage of new technologies. Work culture and work life balance is excellent.

Cons

Needs to move quicker in my opinion, and responsibility in code is lacking.

Nice office Nice food/snacks/coffee Free parking

Poor management No training to the new whatsoever and provide no feedback on how you are doing or what you need to improve on until too late Will not give you opportunity to grow/improve or provide assistance The management do not care for your well-being and willing to fire you on the spot if you do not improve. Some managers do not know how to lead/manage their employees - super small time (such as 2 people) when they give you overwhelming tasks Do not provide expectations/deadlines and then they suddenly just "blame" on you Management gives "vague" feedback
