Pros

-Truly hybrid job, two days in office, three from home -Nice office and facilities with nice breakroom -Provides tech (laptop, headset. Keyboard/mouse for office AND at home) -Relatively diverse staff, but still overwhelmingly Caucasian.

Cons

-Required to work 11AM to 8PM one day a week. -Required to work one Saturday a month -PTO is a joke -You must stay until your call is done (often past your scheduled end time) -Lots of POC quitting as of late

Great but.....

Pros

Very supportive company. Everyone is friendly and invested in your success. 8-10 weeks of training, so it doesn't feel like you hit the ground running when you start taking service calls.

Cons

They failed to mention you have to work an 11 am-8 pm "closing" shift every week. Also, there's some mixed messaging in the training. Also, it's very common to work past your shift schedule--you have to be available to take calls until the very end, and you're expected to see calls to the end.

Pros

Good fun call atmosphere. Of all the call centers I have worked in, this one was one of the best. They do a lot for their employees regarding flexibility, events they do, and even the insurance provided

Their training needs to be better. When you go through their new hiring training, it's over weeks. I just think it could be restructured. Their structure regarding Quality Assurance and overall performance management does need to be relooked at. The is performance management is done d
