      Pros

      Representing a well know respected brand and they have a good benefit package.

      Cons

      A Recruiter job at Alaska may sound like a good career move, but employee beware. Recruiters are expected to carry heavy workloads to include long days, travel, sixty hour work weeks with no work life balance. The more a recruiter gives the more they take. The recruitment leadership is a disaster and needs a revamp. Low pay considering the job duties of the position.

      Flight Benefits, Meet "interesting" people, and gain valuable patience skills.

      Cons

      Do you enjoy being underpaid, overworked, mistreated, and abused? Come to Alaska Airlines where the friendly skies are filled with entitled customers who demand miles, treat you like crap, and your management doesn't care. At Alaska Air you can relive the olden days of flying with stewardesses and customer service agents that have been around since the first plane took off! Come and fly the friendly skies with Alaska, killer of your faith in other human beings.

      Pros

      Alaska has alot of room for growth and allows you to make decisions for yourself. They want you to "add the sparkle" in your job and your interaction with their guest/passengers. and it is your duty to always GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.

      I don't have any con's i love working for alaska
