      Good Company, Low Pay/Benefits

      Pros

      People are amazing, You’re encouraged to move about the company and try new things, Flight Benefits (although not what they used to be) are nice, 4 weeks PTO starting.

      Cons

      Pay - very very low for the area and near impossible to negotiate up once working there (even for fantastic work). Bonus is small and no stock options for many positions. Work/Life Balance - depends on the position but generally work overtime each week. Work From Home - policy was just changed to include 2 days/week for most positions but doesn’t seem generous enough (especially considering pay).

      Cons

      Most employees are not happy with current leadership. We feel ignored, not valued. Seems like the company now pinches every penny but those pennies pinched go straight to executives’ bonuses!

      Pros

      investment in technology when it comes to *SOME things, fair hiring practices.

      Cons

      hourly rate seems high at first but in comparison to how many hours you are actually working and the low productivity of trips scheduled you actually end up working harder not smarter, uniforms are not flattering and feedback isn't valued, safety is only put first if you are part of the "old guard"
