Pros

Great promotion opportunity if you are female, a minority, or ESPECIALLY if you’re gay/trans.

Cons

Beware of salary packages, signing bonuses and annual incentives provided through restricted stock units. Frequent terminations occur before incentives/agreements are able to vest.

Pros

Flexible schedule. You can design your schedule most of the times. Great flight perks.

Cons

Most airlines have the same con. Reserve life can be very challenging. If you value special holidays or anniversaries, as a new flight attendant you will not likely to be off work to celebrate these days with your family
