Stay out of HR!

Pros

The flight benefits are nice, if you can use them. Flights are full and non-represented employees have little to no flexibility to travel. Employees are amazing! The friendships are what kept me here for so long. Upper level leadership is inspiring.

Cons

The pay is way below market--no amount of "free" flight benefits could make up the difference HR leadership is made of up a clique of people promoted into HR who are not qualified in terms of experience or education--if you are an HR professional, this will not be a good fit for you! HR cannot manage or lead its own team and fails to provide good consultation to company leaders.

Pros

There are many benefits but these are the top: Travel benefits Flexible schedule Friendly co-workers Free parking Free uniforms Understanding management

Cons

Not many cons yet. Opening/ closing shifts arent the best, 30 Days of training, no access to other airline discount because of on call status. (There are only 3 or 4 additional airlines available to on call employees)

Pros

Get to travel for free and get to meet a lot of great people.

Cons

Only paid for the time you are in the air. 5-6 legs a day, sometimes with out a break in between. 12-14 hour days. Gone from home 4-5 days in a row. You don't get paid enough to be able to travel even if your flights are free. Negative work environment because all the flight attendants are over worked and under paid. A mindless job
