Decent people... Decent healthcare. But expensive.

Cons

HURON CAPITAL ONLY CARES ABOUT PROFITS NOT PEOPLE They have a horrid 2% 401k match. They will only increase your salary 1-4%. Per year in a odd time. Usually in March. They do not pay out unused vacation. They will promise but not deliver on the promises made. They do not listen to ideas. No real room for growth. Lack of local leadership ability everything comes from corporate. They do not do end of year reviews to discuss your last year's performance. No real profit sharing. It is all unclear.
