There are no pros except medical benefits.

This company and the management do not care about their employees except for the ones that are family, who they protect at all costs when they are the ones making costly mistakes and upsetting customers. They target, blame and wrongfully terminate other employees who just want to get their work done and are willing to learn. Management is unreliable and do not effectively communicate with meetings and building scheduling. They do not train correctly upon hiring and stress employees during known major life events. Do not work here.
