Pros
Manager is understanding when last minutes things arise in your personal life and need to take off.
Cons
To many projects, not enough people to meet deadlines. Manager is unreliable and consistently does not respond to members on the team or higher ups who need updates on projects. Test are consistently assigned out at the last minute resulting in constant stressful/unorganized situations when it could have been avoided if communication was open.
