Your co-workers will all agree on the disastrous leadership here!!

Cons

The leadership team has NO leadership abilities. They bring on new CEO's/Board members every couple of years who fire quality managers leaving employees with huge volumes of work. They do not have an ounce of loyalty for their seasoned employees and they could care less when they lose them. The turn over rate is HIGH and the exceptional knowledge and expertise they are losing every day an employee leaves doesn't phase them. That causes everyone else left to scramble and pick up the pieces and constantly put out "fires" each and every day. The place is stressful and totally exhausting! RUN!!

The pay was ok for the area, and a select few coworkers were genuinely helpful and hardworking.

Cons

The management doesn’t care about you in the slightest. There is a lack of transparency, frequent reorganizations, and little regard for employee development or work-life balance. You’ll be over worked and left feeling exhausted and used.

Cons

Top leadership killing the business, Interim CEO too blind to see it. There is a guy that is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, do not trust him at all.
