      Pros

      Everyday there is something new to learn, that can be said even after more than 15 years in the industry! It is so rewarding to help clients achieve their goals in getting their innovative products to market and to know that along the way patients in need are benefiting from our hard work. This is motivation in coming to work each day. Teamwork is outstanding both inside the department and across sites. People that work at Alcami are very dedicated to completing tasks in a highly compliant manner.

      Cons

      Work can be demanding and requires personnel that understand the sacrifices that must be made in order to achieve aggressive goals. This is not just a job, it is a life choice that one makes to positively impact quality of life for those in need.

      Pros

      Friendly, down to earth coworkers who are always willing to help . Ample opportunity to grow new skills and broaden experience to advance your career if you're willing to work hard and take initiative. Overall, good pay and benefits but would like to see education reimbursement added.

      Cons

      Growing pains as a result of rapid growth and pressures to deliver financial results to investors have driven some talented employees away. February and we still do not know how we did in 2017. Not the case in my group, but in some groups, there is a culture of fear.
