Good locations, decent front line workers

Cons

Extreme micromanagement from senior levels Unprofessional senior management, hostile environment Little regard for anything other than meeting finance targets Company likely for sale No growth opportunities No work/life balance, OT is not compensated for salaried employees Management is unresponsive, no formal HR system to address issues Extreme employee turnover, HR cannot back-fill open positions - you will work constantly, including nights and weekends
