      Pros

      The co-workers are fantastic Lots of hands on experience Benefits are good Lots of resources to complete tasks Nothing else is good

      Cons

      Lots of micromanaging (lack of trust) No work life balance, mandatory overtime Little room for promotion Low pay Too many metrics and not focusing on the real issues Not open to suggestions to better the company Urgent things are not completed until they are super urgent Lack of employees makes for a large workload Say anything that isn’t yes and it’s grounds for being fired You don’t get a choice in shift

      It is what you make of it

      Pros

      Alcami is what you make of it. Work can be demanding and stressful, but you will learn a lot about the industry. Communication and behavioral expectations are high and you can learn a lot here also. Accountability is high and most people can't handle it, if you hold yourself to a higher standard you will learn a lot about what you can accomplish. If you are weak and have a crappy work ethic like most of the people whining on this you will not like it here. I left because I was recruited and not because it is a bad place to work. I would not recommend this place to someone who is looking to coast through. If you work hard and are not a gossiping drama queen you will be fine.

      A higher turnover rate can make it difficult at times.

      Terrible company

      Pros

      There a no good reasons to work here. Read the other reviews. Worked with them for a short time and it was a terrible experience.

      Cons

      Upper management is rude and doesn't care about employees. Many people quit and there is a lot of turnover throughout the company.
