      Terrible executive leadership

      Pros

      The people (not in senior "leadership") were great to work with. They wanted to succeed and do good work. They worked long, hard hours .

      Cons

      Long hours, contentious environment, inept executive leadership, rampant sexual harassment by executive leadership, fired people for no good reason, executive leadership is a "good ole boys club"...you are either in or out, questionable quality practices, wasteful spending of investor money.

      Not many pros. The pay is slightly above average. I would say employees but all the good ones left. Good experience out of college

      So much is wrong with this company. At the Germantown site we have lost 21 employees in the past 2 months. Management keeps saying they were getting great opportunities elsewhere but that's a lie. They are leaving because management has no idea what they are doing. We have a site director who is clueless and micromanaged everything but has no idea what goes on. Management plays favorites and those people get ahead quickly.
