Pros

If you come onboard with a plan you’ll get so much more out of your time at Alcami. I feel like a lot of the people who work here jump in with two feet because it’s their first job out of college. There’s nothing wrong with that but they’re often directionless and tend to have their expectations dashed as a result. If you come with a plan for what you want, like I did, you’ll feel more fulfilled.

The work we do at Alcami is important. The medicine they make here saves lives. The CEO is a strong leader who keeps everything afloat. He makes the important decisions and focuses his attention where its most needed. The company wouldn’t be where it is today if it weren’t for him and the rest of the management team. Friendly guy to boot.

Cons

Short timelines on many projects. The shortest deadlines feels like you’re fighting against a strong current.

I don’t know what more to say. It’s one of those companies you won’t regret working for. I have friends who still work here and they love it. I never felt stuck or undervalued, I just got offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Cons

There aren’t any. Sorry to disappoint.
