      Pros

      My supervisor is flexible and understanding and makes sure to set aside time to meet with my team on a weekly basis to ensure we have everything we need for the projects we are working on. The leadership team is personable, knowledgeable, and they understand the demands of the industry. They are working hard to make Alcami a successful business.

      Cons

      As with any job in a fast-paced, every changing industry, the days are busy. If you keep up with your work and stay on task though, you won’t have any problems at all.

      Too much work to accomplish during 40-hour weeks. Support Depts. feel under-staffed Poor work/life balance

      Horrible Management

      Pros

      You get to work with some pretty cool people but they fire as quick as they hire.

      Cons

      The con is the management team is horrible! It seems no matter how much they get new management in the building they fall into the same pattern being non-trustworthy, inexperienced, and conniving. The name change from AAI to Alcami did not improve anything.
