Pros
The Charleston location was beautiful and the area is awesome. Some of the long term employees were very skilled at their jobs, however rarely rewarded for their good deeds.
Cons
Oh my, where to begin. The current management inspires fear and instills poor morale by their simple existence. They are old school, boys club, women chasers who have their favorites and rewards them accordingly. These same people are placed in charge of departments they have no experience in based on their relationship with upper management. The experienced Quality team ran fast and far when this group took over as they were consistently asked to do unethical things. All of HR has been replaced with those who are willing to overlook intimidation, inappropriate behaviors and general HR nightmares. The facility, if run correctly with experienced and appropriate managers, could be a top notch, highly producing facility that would provide an enjoyable work experience.
