Pros

It is a good place to learn a lot and get experience. Great personnel to work with, and great location!

Cons

There are not a lot of extra benefits, no graduate school reimbursement. Sometimes there is mandatory weekend work to compensate for holiday off time

Evolving company focused on improvement not only for employees but also and most importantly customers

Cons

Poor work/life balance. A lot of overtime. Dealing with poor attitudes and inconsistent direction. Some members of management are very short and at times rude

Pros

My supervisor is flexible and understanding and makes sure to set aside time to meet with my team on a weekly basis to ensure we have everything we need for the projects we are working on. The leadership team is personable, knowledgeable, and they understand the demands of the industry. They are working hard to make Alcami a successful business.

Cons

As with any job in a fast-paced, every changing industry, the days are busy. If you keep up with your work and stay on task though, you won’t have any problems at all.
