      Growing company, hard working coworkers (except some cunning politicians)

      Very discriminative work environment. Work and career advancement is based on who managers like. Qualification, handwork and ability doesn't matter.

      I think this is a good job with a lot of room for upward mobility and the people are very nice and it is a fun work environment.

      Cons

      It is a hard job and you have to work with toxic chemicals and you have to be very safe everyday.
