Most of the men who work on the floor are a blast. Good conversations and joking when it’s the proper time and place.

Cons

Where to begin… management reads off the same script. They have the same thing to say in every situation. They hear you but they don’t listen. Take everything they say with a BIG grain of salt. Most of the blame can probably be attributed to being owned by a company in North Carolina who have no clue what they are doing and are in the wrong business. You are just a number here and the GM cares more about money than quality of life for employees. Welcome the the world of Pharma!
