This place is so hostile, most worry if they will have a aob by te end of day. management goes out of their way to bully, harass and intimidate staff/ The SR Director even threatened all staff in a a meeting to black list us and prosecute us if we reported the violations to the FDA and DEA. HR directors have all quit and this place is a rotating door. They have fired people that had been only working here three weeks and they moved them from across country just fire them if they something they do not like. A pregnant woman was fired a few days after she notified them she was pregant and could not work around chemicals until after the birth of her child, because unless the fired her they could not replace her in the back. Over 30 people fired when they were ordered to work 30 plus days in a row with no days off for 10 to 12 hours a day and they could not handle it. they were all fired and temps were brought in. They make staff sign documents when they were not even working a couple of days later and threaten their job if they don't sign it, This place is insane. Everyone is looking to leave. What I see on the floor i am amazed the FDA and DEA has not seen what they hide during audits. Stay away

Where do I start? We don't do anything fun here. We never stop to appreciate the analyst who works so hard. We don't go to company paid lunch anymore and there are zero fun events (Besides a Christmas Party held in Jan). The leadership team is absolutely clueless. They often hold up buying new technology and equipment because one of them needs a new Porsche. Managers need training!! Most have no idea how to lead and end up coming off as bullies. Just about every Dept in Wilmington has lost talented people this year. Start treating the rest of us with respect or else we will be leaving to. There are a lot of cliques in Wilmington. I felt very unwelcome when I started especially by the analytical groups. Apparently saying hi to new people isn't a thing that we do here in Wilmington.
