      Pros

      Benefits and time off are good. Coworkers make the job fun. Competitive atmosphere. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Work with hazardous chemicals, get use to inhaling solvents. Laborious job, will sweat. Following GMP guidelines can be frustrating. Management doesn't listen to operators. Company runs a lean workforce (not enough people). Job can be stressful.

      Pros

      Alcami has the potential to be one of the best niche CDMO's in the industry. The facilities are good the service offerings are excellent.

      Cons

      There is a very high employee turnover and not enough emphasis on retention. A significant amount of experienced employees have left, especially in the customer facing roles. There a numerous reasons why people leave a company, but when there is a large number over a short period of time the people who pay the bills (customers) start to notice.

      Pros

      Tempory employees can work as many hours as wanted with out any question.

      Cons

      This company has no intention of hiring any temps on will keep you as a temporary forever. Company is run by inexperience management as well as incompetent staff , no communication at all, tasks and deadlines change minute to minute. Very unprofessional environment. No balance with work and personal life on call 24 hours 7 days a week.
