Management doesn't care about you. My own manager doesn't even know how hard I work because he doesn't pay any attention to us. Your hard work will never be noticed. They don't care for their employees to succeed and rather just keep filling their own pockets. The wages and bonus package sucks, don't let HR wrap you in and tell you otherwise. The turn over rate here is ridiculous. At least one person a week quits. I am a hard worker and I have never worked for any company before that gave such little wage increases. I could write a 5 page book

You literally make less money year after year as the "raises" aren't even enough to exceed yearly cost of living increases. Mid/upper management are a joke. They claim to care about you but all they care about is lining their pockets at your expense. They hired a company to post fake reviews on Glassdoor. This is a 2 star company at best. Also forget about promotions - management would rather keep your hard earned and well-deserved salary increases in their own pockets. This would be a great gig if you had the opportunity to work as a manager - but most don't. I'd strongly advise anyone actually reading these reviews to not work at Alcami. They don't deserve you, and you deserve better.
