The culture here is terrible. Managers regularly demonstrate unacceptable behavior and will not be reprimanded for it. I've seen employees cursed out and others made to cry with the way managers speak to them. Don't bother brining up concerns to HR, as they won't do anything about it. The end of every month is terrible, expect to always put in overtime to get projects finished and billed. Even if you finish everything early, more will be assigned and then you'll be scolded for not getting the extra work done on time. People are leaving this place at such a fast rate that they can't keep positions filled. Stay away from this place until they purge all of management.
