Poor personnel management. They look for avenues to increase profits while over working and shorting their employees. Shorting meaning-reduced time off, restricting time off, cutting pay, limiting bonuses/payouts. Management, on all levels/departments, creates a hostile and unwelcoming feeling while at work. Manufacturing areas are dirty and contain standing particles from products and starting material, unhealthy working conditions.

Some managers treat employees like slaves and lack very basic human empathy. Only cares about their individual metrics and pushes employees beyond imaginable limits even though they don't affect overall company performance. 15-hour workdays are very common and expect to work until mid-night every month end. There's no HR on site to even escalate inhuman treatment by the manager. Horrible company and gold standard for toxic work culture. Just stay away unless your life depends on working here
