Rapid growth, some bad hiring and lack of rigor in performance management practices created a poor environment in the recent past. On the right track now, but time is needed to right some bad moves. Rapid growth and poor change management/leadership did not put people at the front. We have the right people and leadership now.

There are reasons why people come to Alcami: for money, possible see opportunity, or even gain a bit of experience. What ever the reason may be it's just a WRONG choice. There are plenty of other chemical/pharma companies hiring right now, take advantage of the offers they give. NEVER, for what ever reason, NEVER NEVER NEVER work here. Managers who do work here come from other companies that may have an outstanding reputation but you never see an employee who's worked up to manager here move to another company that possesses an outstanding reputation. Crap flows down hill. This place is the Mt. of Crap that has flown down hill.
