- Great teams, with inspiring people from whom you can learn a lot. - Interacting with people from other locations across globe is professionally and culturally enriching experience. Some chance of even meeting them in person. - Good pay and many employee benefits.

Cons

- Given its a big company there will be process to follow and things may be slow but that's not to say there is no freedom to try out new things.

great management,gud wrk culture,Flexible Timings and facilities..work stations are too good in chennai Alcatel.

Cons

Training is totally on the job,so u need 2 b a quick learner and self motivated, Cafetetria is also good But food Facility is too bad and even no nearby good restaurant.hence which hampers wrk efficiency
