I got to meet some of the very sound technical people working here for almost 10 years. It was a good learning experience working here.

Cons

We saw very less customer facing opportunities in the company.

Pros

The job is stable, there isn't much else that can be said about the company. Currently the attitude of executives in the Austin office seems to be "just be happy you have a job". But, if that's all they are going to aspire to be, it doesn't make for a good company morale.

Cons

Our company was purchased by ALU a few months ago, and it has been down hill since. Bonus package is not even close to fair. Currently the bonus package is based on so called "stretch goals". However, when we are working over forty hours a week to complete project work, there isn't much time left in the day to work on goals. If you spend time on goals, your bonus can be zeroed out, if the company doesn't meet its revenue goals. So, what's the point?
