Pays very well, compensated for overtime, very good benefits i.e. insurance, 401k, the works.

Cons

It is a union environment, so everything is catered towards the union and keeping them happy, a lot of hours, extremely slow decision making.

Great work environment, friendly staff. Love my job and the people I work with. Management is very pleasant and friendly as well.

Cons

Not a lot of training, kinda of a sink or swim environment. It's all in your perspective though, what you get out of the job.
