      Pros

      Decent salary and benefits. Sheet products big in Automotive/Aerospace the only thing keeping them alive.

      Cons

      Management real cronie environment. Keep the stupid and toss the good. Board of Directors are not visionaries. They just like to collect their BIG salaries. Charles Martin Hall would be appalled. Cult like environment. Call themselves Alcoains.

      As with most large corporations, there are politics depending on which department you are with. Also, with the company splitting, futures are uncertain.
