Pros

Good pay good benefits, always evolving. Excellent people. Plenty of challenges.lots of locations that you can transfer to if the right job exist.

Cons

No stability at any locations, always closing plants, they act like they care about thier employees but do not. Way to many flavor of the day ideas that do not last and way too secretive about passing information to employees

Pros

Flexible work schedule, paid well

Cons

Not a market based company so marketing is not valued, large company so change is difficult, growth is limited, only seem to care about profit

Pros

As in many huge companies, there are many smart, dedicated employees. I can only speak for the AFSR group in California, but the pay scale for upper management is very good.

Cons

Stratified structures. You can only get ahead if you put the dollar ahead of ethics. If you are in middle management, just keep your head down and go with the flow. Lying and falsification of records are the path to success.
