      Pros

      The benefits such as healthcare and 401k is excellant.,the salary is great, however they do not support or believe in additional training. That is a joke. The location is great. The feel good experience of knowing you are helping some one, makes it worthwhile. Working 12 hr shifts works for some people and is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Open door policy is a joke, if it reaches h.r that a employee is having a issue with team leader or manager, h.r call's you in their office to put the fear of god in you. Alot of this can happen or watch out or this may happen. One employee that issues with management was moved to another shift. Obviously working problems out is not a concern as much as hiding them.

      Benefits are good which is the only thing you can say about this place

      Cons

      No moral compass in management. Very cliquish and lots of backstabbing Quality of management feedback is very poor. (I was told that another employee complained that I asked the same question to someone else. Did not matter that this employee was not clear in his answer. Another feedback was that I was staring at the computer for a long time... and I am in IT ;)) During the Novartis layoff, the managers took time off so that they didn't have to tell their employees...completely cowardly behavior.

      good campus area good working environment benefits offered were best todate training offered flexible hours understanding regarding family

      Cons

      Always thinking about the next lay-offs Too much gossip, even senior management enjoyed this Way to many meetings that went no where and wasted so much time To much money wasted in the past
