Middle management is terrible and abusive. They know they can get away with it because it’s hard to find better pay elsewhere.

It used to be the place to be. The culture changed with management that came from Novartis. People means nothing. Thats why the Alcon people. (If not they are handcuffed with big payout at the end of their carrers
