      Pros

      Over-time Pay - Frequent. Will give you time off when you ask. Can move up quickly.

      Cons

      Poor management. Always blaming staff, despite the staff being set up for failure due to their poor management skills.

      Its a great company. Great product. Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Slow to repsond to problems. Poor management and communication. To many upper management crossing their authority over into other departments its confusing to the employees. No one is looking out for the employee.
