Cons

A very double standard and bigoted administration. Will find any excuse to deny promotion so as to preserve "quality" even though the petition is valid. No communication unless you mess something up. Extremely heavy workloads for minuscule pay. Get in for some experience, but never a long term workplace. Clickish and non-inclusive culture.

A good stepping-stone job for after college. Learn some assays and GDP and get out.

Cons

In a meeting on 17Dev2020, the director announced that he was changing the shift days and hours for a department. One woman asked "I have a child. I cannot work the weekends- am I going to lose my job?" since every shift will be on a weekend day starting Q2. He initially dodged the question until someone asked it again. The director replied that "It will be a case by case basis" and didn't give much to the workers that cannot work 4 tens on Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday.
