A plethora of lazy coworkers, weak supervisors, poor management on multiple levels, lack of appreciation towards employees who do extra to make sure things are getting done.

Good place to start a career in the industry.

Cons

There is a cabal of lifers who make most of the promotion decisions. Be ready to bow to their whims and engage in the stange years long political cycles they have going in order to get anywhere. Especially if you are starting low on the totem pole.

Great people to work with in QA and in OPs. Many junior level people are super helpful and passionate. SET team are great. Kevin probably the best CEO I’ve ever been around.

Cons

Tech Ops runs the entire place and are the reason there’s so many issues. They’re comically clueless when it comes to regulations but their leadership enters every room like they know it all when they’ve been nowhere else. The lifers that’s there better just stay there before they kill someone in another company. Overall a bunch of people with Director or VP titles are just a sad bunch of babies. Meanwhile there’s relationships across departments that are a conflict of interest.
