Decent benefits, could be better knowing other companies in town pay 100% coverage for their employees. Experience and skills learned in the biomanufacturing world

Cons

Poor leadership/management - very disconnected from operations Hard to move up. Need to be in a position for 18 months before moving titles. Turnover is high, leading to high performers taking on more training/tasks without additional compensation and facing burnout.

They provide good healthcare options.

Cons

Bad management. You're either ignored or mistreated. I have witnessed a co worker berated by our manager until they cried. There is NO training. It sometimes feels like you're being "punked".
