      Things went downhill and more corporate after Danaher aquisition.

      Pros

      The people and the 25% night shift differential. Ability to move into new positions but it took 3 - 6 months after getting accepted.

      Cons

      The workload was always increasing, there was high turnover, and operators struggled to take what was for their lot. Frustration with how day shift would leave the BP room for night shift. There seemed to be limited accountability for day shift. Brought up issues to manager and very little was done to fix the situation.

      Great to work for Aldevron, a Danaher company. You get the benefits of working for a large company, but get to make an impact and grow your career within a smaller company

      Cons

      Aldevron isn't for everyone - it's experiencing high growth which requires a certain mindset, but if you're up for a new challenge everyday, it's a great place to work
