Pros

I am on week 4, and coming from a place where no orientation was provided, I appreciate the structure/program that the organization has created to ensure we have the knowledge and internal relationships to perform well in our role. The company has grown exponentially in the past year and I am impressed how everyone has kept the/our mission top of mind. The growth vertical has amazing resources to help our day to day be more efficient.

Cons

Can not think of one

Pros

I love the culture here at Aledade. As a junior-level employee, I rarely feel the hierarchy, and feel like more senior leaders are always approachable and helpful. There is strong collaboration across teams here and everyone is plugged in to the mission of supporting primary care. It's an incredibly mission-driven organization and I'm proud of the work I do. I've learned so much in such a short time here and really feel like I'm given plenty of opportunities to explore beyond my role and add new skills. Also, we have incredible benefits including 21 days of PTO in your first year, 401K matching, great health insurance plans (at a low cost to employees), and a good work/life balance.

Cons

Aledade is growing quickly, and has for a while. Undoubtedly, there are growing pains associated with that. It takes time to scale processes and automate workflows, so I understand that. I enjoy a role that avoids mundane, repetitive work. However, it can be frustrating at times to feel like you're "building the plane as you're flying it". Additionally, especially as a junior-level employee, my salary is lower than I would like or could probably get elsewhere.
